The apartment I stayed in was stylish and spacious, with a handy kitchenette. I appreciated the welcome pack and freebies in the bathroom, a nice touch that added to the experience.
Had issues with noise from the fridge and discovered some cobwebs in the ceiling, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. The parking situation desperately needs fixing. It seems absurd for a larger complex to have such limited spaces. Plus, I dealt with a few annoying inconveniences like inadequate internet service, which they could definitely improve with options for faster connections.

kitchenette with microwave, spacious apartments, close proximity to town centre
The parking situation needs improvement. Simply offering two spaces for a full hotel is absurd!!! The overall wear and tear in the apartments is disappointing and could use serious attention!!!

Appreciated my excellent stay especially for a middle of the night visit. The staff was welcoming in all services. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Civic Centre was relatively close to the hotel. Besides, it was right by the metro.

The fridge in my apartment would not stop humming. I was also given a room with a small velux, where I expected panoramic views, and the noise was dreadful. I almost gave a good review if I hadn't been treated like an ordinary guest instead of royalty!

Had an absolute blast digging into some homemade pies at Freudz Cafe, you can't beat that! Plus, the Valley Junction 397 nearby served up some killer jams. The suite had decent space and was close to the nightlife in Jesmond. Parking was easy with free spots!
Now, don't get me started on the workspace. The broken desk. And while the cooking facilities were promised, it was just a microwave and a sink-such a letdown! Still, nothing could dim the fun vibes.

good stay but needs better parking
The studio I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the city view.
The parking situation could certainly use some improvement. With limited spaces, it felt quite inconvenient.
